has been an inciteful year and the experience I have gained whilst on placement has been paramount in comparison to what I would of gained doing just three years at university.
my management have been pushing me to gain any training or experience they can, by putting me for courses or moving me around sites to get a range of experience.
has been a fun and different experience to what I expected. I have enjoyed it thoroughly.
has been organised well with all the placement help lines and placement visits and calls to support me through this all.
I learned from the staff and by myself how Balfour Beatty treat their staff and how the company runs quite well and it is a good place to work.
It helped me a lot and made me realise this is what I want to do.
