  • Utilising mechanical principles, computer aided design and experience to create engineering drawings and designs and working in the workshop to further mechanical knowledge

  • Hand skills, computer aided design and modelling skills have been improved however, I feel there are parts of the trade that could be explained more in particular the use of tools and equipment

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • As of the moment the programme has been enjoyable however, its management has been somewhat poor leaving parts disorganised which is a shame

  • Parts are structured well, notably the practical side in the workshop, but as previously mentioned parts are disjointed and disorganised this is highlighted in the current state of the btec

  • Havent had the need to utilise my employee for support so far

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • The current state of the btec as previously mentioned leaves support in a very precarious position which makes working towards my qualifications somewhat worrying and in a state of unconfidence

  • The units as a whole would help me perform better in my role the management so far of the qualification is what sabotages it
