  • 9a. Would you recommend Whitbread to a friend?
  • No

  • 9b. Why?
  • It is very profit based. It’s a chain - like most chains they just want to see how much life they can drain before you go else where. If it wasn’t for the team, ide be gone

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Whitbread?
  • Use it as a stepping stone. Whilst you’re studying. Don’t get stuck in hospitality unless you love it so much you will make a career out of it. It’s very demanding and will take most of your social life out of the equation
