  • On a day to day basis I manage the full process of sales from pre sales to post sales through quoting the customer and ordering their technology

  • I have learnt a variety of skills such as technical, Microsoft office, organisation as well as developing my communication and confidence skills.

  • I am really enjoying it :)

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Very organised, initially we have a 6 week period of training involving customer service, people skills, presentation skills and technical skills as well as professionalism and then move into role for the remainder.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • Lots of support and we actually have a dedicated team leader who is just for the apprentices and provides help and support whenever needed.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • We have monthly calls with our assigned training provider as well as always being on the end of a message to answer whenever needed.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I don't feel as though there is a direct correlation between the course and the role as the course looks at more admin based things and the role is more sales related.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • There are loads of opportunities to get involved with networking events with suppliers and customers as well as lots of team socials throughout the year.
