  • I am an analyst so it is my job to look at the various insurance companies WTW uses, and come to a recommendation on what they should be allowed to be used for.

  • Within my role I have had to use Microsoft Excel frequently, helping to develop my technical skills in that program, as well as developing my formal communication techniques when interacting with various stakeholders.

  • Very well organised, with a programme timeline showing where we should be at during different points of the programme, as well as structured studying lessons where expert help is provided,

  • My colleagues are always ready and available to support me if I have any questions. I also have a mentor within my team, who was taught me the requirements of the role and provided with extremely useful and knowledgeable insight into the world of work.

  • We receive structured studying groups with an expert for each module we study, as well as monthly meetings with our skills coaches to see how we are progressing and if we have any issues since the last monthly review,

  • My qualification helps me to better understand the insurance industry as a whole, which is vital for my job role as it allows me to make educated and informed decisions

  • Come across as confident and mature, as well as researching a bit about the background of WTW. Show you are able to be a good team player.
