  • In my role, I work alongside multiple clients and act as a middle man between insurance plans and policies that they take on for their companies, and keep up to date with their premiums, renewals and further actions they need to take.

  • Yes i understand how to better navigate around excel and other software's as well as improving skills on writing formal emails and communicating with clients

  • I enjoy it as I have support from my colleagues who guide me through any questions or misconceptions that I have regarding the role

  • I have a clear understanding of what is required in my day to day role and on my study day

  • I receive support from my employer as there will always be someone available to help me in what i need support on

  • I have frequent catch ups with my tutor and we have an understanding of how far I am in my qualification and any steps I need to take on

  • I understand terms more better from seeing it in the modules and implementing into job roles, like organisational structures.

  • There are networking events that occur with the apprentices once in a while that are useful to get involved in

  • Friendly environment, not too much pressure in the job as colleagues are willing to help out

  • Do research around the company and understand their different sectors, makes a difference to mention it in interviews so employer knows you have a genuine interest
