  • I work in Premier Inn as a duty manager. I have to cover breakfast, reception, dinner and housekeeping when needed.

  • I learned how to deliver a shift, to give tasks and to monitories if was completed or not, to deal with a sick call and I developed my customer service skill.

  • I enjoy my programme a lot because I develop my existing skills and I gain new skills.

  • My programme is well structured. I have tasks which I have to complete in a certain time which is achievable.

  • My employer offers me all the support which I need. She offers me the specific training and the time during my shifts to be able to complete my tasks.

  • My training provider supports me with all I need. Every time when I have a query, my training provider gives me a prompt answer.

  • I feel that my qualification helps me to perform better in my role because it’s offering me the training which I need to develop my skills and to improve my knowledge.

  • We have extra-curricular activities: campaigns for charity (Great Ormond Hospital).

  • I will recommend Whitbread because, in my opinion, it is a good company where you can develop yourself and you have the opportunity to grow.

  • I will tell them to take the job serious and I will let them know that they have a lot of great opportunities as a Whitbread employee.
