    • My role is to supervise the housekeeping team. I ensure brand standards are met and that all health and safety regulations are adhered to.

    • I have learned the different styles of management and how to utilise them in my job role.

    • I enjoy it very much. It has developed my confidence levels and I feel it has made me more comfortable in my job role

    • It’s very well organised. I have had regular meetings with my trainer and there are lots of activities to complete online

    • My employer encourages me and is very good at helping me find time to complete topics

    • My training provider is very encouraging. They offer virtual classrooms for topics that I need extra help with.

    • I think without it I wouldn’t feel confident enough to lead a team.

    • There are not often social activities but I have been invited to events where there are many people from different sites so I can network with them

    • Yes

    • As an employer they really encourage staff to take on an apprenticeship and want people move up in their career

    • Do it! There are many perks and adding an apprenticeship to your job role is a valuable way to increase your career opportunities
