Hotel Receptionist, Front of House Team Member Review

I'm a hotel receptionist and this involves checking guests in and out, dealing with their requests/issues before, during and after their stay, working with computer system, answering phone calls and emails, helping out housekeeping when necessary.

I have learned a lot of new skills needed for my role thanks to apprenticeship. For example, how to efficiently deal with complaints, build a rapport with customers, how to communicate with guests that show anti-social behaviour to avoid escalating the situation etc.

I think it couldn't be better.

Perfectly organised in time and structure. I have enough time to complete all my tasks and keep up with the preparation for my exams.

It does help me a lot in my role! Especially with the skills, knowledge and behaviours I learn from my training and use at work.
