  • My role as a duty manager, is to observe and control a shift on a day to day basis, whether this be by controlling how many people enter the restaurant or simply checking in guests at reception

  • Whitbread offers a great pay per hour along with plenty of staff benefits and very good flexible working hours

  • The work most days is fair, but 3/7 days the work is very hard and gruelling
