Business Support Analyst Review

My Role involves carrying out various activities like, Analysing Reports, Project Management, making sure IT systems are up to date and making sure my organisations IT infrastructure is being maintained.

I've learnt project management skills and time management skills as well as technical problem solving skills.

I enjoy it a lot as it allows me to learn new knowledge everyday.

My programme has a good structure, I am able to manage my apprenticeship activities as well as my work load, however I could be given more work to do but that would come over time

I am very comfortable asking my employer in regards to anything I need help on.

I receive enough support to work towards my qualifications.

My qualification allows me to develop a better understanding of the activities I carry out in my role .

Yes I have attended careers fairs and outreach events to represent my organisation.
