  • QA aren't very well organised and often communicate thing late. NatWest doesn't have prepared work for us to complete but colleagues are good at involving us on projects.

  • QA give good foundational knowledge but the topics don't always apply to my actual role.

  • There's a lot of councils, professional networks, activities and events going on.

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • The salary is great for an apprentice, there's lots of development opportunities, everyone is very friendly and management seem understanding that you're starting from scratch.

  • Work hard, show up on time, make an effort.
