    • On a day to day basis I create dashboards on PowerBI, I compare data and build graphs. I also look at problem queries using excel with formulas.

    • I've learned how to use PowerBI and all the features it has, I've also learnt about formulas in excel.

    • I really enjoy my programme as I've picked up loads of new skills and, am still developing more knowledge day to day.

    • The programme is very structured, as my manager and learning mentor are always supporting me with my work.

    • I receive loads of support of not only my manager but the team as a whole, I've gained loads of knowledge from everyone.

    • I receive support from my learning mentor, as she always stays on top pf marking my work, and giving feedback.

    • The content I'm learning and videos which I am watching help me in my day to day tasks, and also give me extra knowledge for other tasks within the broader aspect of my role.

    • There are loads of culture days which i enjoy hearing about and being involved in.
