  • Place orders and manage orders that the customer places. Help with any issues that can happen through the sale and delivery process. Help with reports. Answer any questions that come through the mailbox from customers. Attend team meetings.

  • I have learned many software's. I have developed my communications, networking and leadership skills. Time management skills has also been approved a lot.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy my programme very much it is a good step in the door and I feel I have definitely grown as a person with all the new skills I have learned.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • It is very well organised as I have a Monday study day where I do my assignments and then the rest of the week to do my work. I never feel lost in my programme due to how well it is organised and structured.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I always feel I have someone to go to and speak very openly about any questions. I have a very supportive manager who always is there when I need help.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • My training provider are very proactive in responding to my questions as I always get a reply within 15mins! I also have support sessions which also helps me out.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I definitely think this qualification helps me in my role as I am always learning things related to my role such as laws and regulation and admin work which has been making my quality of work improve in things like communications.

  • We have a lot of networking events as well as a 5 a side football team.

  • Computacenter is a great company as people do matter there, I have always felt I am supported and people are very friendly and want you to win.
