  • Head out with the linesman attending planned works and fault repairs. Time split between being on site doing the actual job role, being at the training school (climbing poles and learning construction techniques) and attending college.

  • Had an issue at the start where I had to arrange for someone to take me to site with them and as an apprentice people did not want to take me. This issue was resolved later on and I was given a dedicated person to work with.
