    • My role on a day to day basis is mainly customer service and setting up orders for them and helping them out with any problems

    • I have developed more confidence in myself and I have learnt alot of things about our products and I have learnt more about how big businesses work

    • I enjoy my program quit alot because its always fun to be able to chat to people and learn new things

    • Very well organised and well structured

    • I received a very good amount of support even down to giving me the change to save and buy a car

    • I receive alpt of support from my training provider because if I have any problems I can contact them and they will help

    • It will will help me perform in my role very much as I get asked a few questions and I can relay what I've learnt and I can keep knowledge fresh

    • Yes

    • Because it's a great company and works really well in making you feel comfortable when your at work and it gives you alot of support

    • Be very honest if you need help and always respect others and join in on the banter
