  • I have found it to be very varied and helped understand the legal and compliance side of my role

  • It is very well structured, letting me see monthly what activities I need to complete and my work coach has really helped me

  • My employer and Line Manager are very supportive, allocating me time, asking questions about how Im doing and giving me flexibility to upskill

  • My work coach has been very supportive getting me to gateway. Having one to ones to let me know what I need to do and how to do it

  • It helps me understand the compliance side of my role and make sure that I am performing to the best of my ability

  • Yes AXA are very good at spcial activities and I get involved in lots of different things and supporting local charities

  • I think AXA are the best employer Ive worked for. As a site its friendly and supportive and as a company they seem to live their values and communicate well

  • I would say go for it, they are a very supportive employer who want to get the best from their team
