  • I complete Model Reviews, work with 3D models, manage Common Data Environment, update any relevant documentation, validade data for compliance against client's requirements

  • Became much better at IT in general, especially working with softwares, developed communication and collaboration skills, learned about construction

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy every part of it, from the college work to day-to-day job, the tasks keep me motivated and I can see a clear progression from the start until now, with more responsibility being given to me every day

  • Well organised, college was a bit scary at the beginning because of the fast rate of which we had to learn but once I got used to it it's been okay, the work side is very well structured

  • Constant support with my own mentor and a team which I know I can count on at any time. Very open channel to ask for help and advice

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Enough support to compleye my qualifications, they are always one email away

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Learning basic software skills definitely helped me at the beginning of work. Also learning about different roles within construction has helped me understand who my tasks are helping and how to give advice

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Yes, many. Regional sports & social clubs, work events at least every 2 months, events for young people, Holiday's events, etc.

  • Yes

  • BAM has provided me with all the support I could ever ask for, I feel incredibly welcomed and I can see how much team work means to everyone here

  • Be open about what your strong and weak points are, come prepared for your interview, believe in yourself and be true to yourself
