  • Working to complete my apprenticeship and do additional learning through doing smallerprojects to further develop my learning for when I'm given projects within a team

  • I have learnt many new skills, both from my apprentice provider and from working within the team. Now having a decent understanding of web development and I'm looking forward to learning more.

  • I'm enjoying being part of the team, they have been very good with onboarding and helpful. Making sure that I understand what I'm learning and helping when I encounter difficulties

  • Well structured, slightly less well organised.

  • They have been very supportive, providing more learning on top of what QA are offering.

  • There is regular contact and drop ins with QA to make sure that I'm doing okay.

  • It does a good job of developing my understanding so that I can understand what I'm doing more within my role

  • We have social activities within the team and also the Cohort for this year.

  • Yes

  • Been very supportive, they look after me, and the team and learning have been amazing


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to NatWest?
  • Be persistent, they will get there eventually. Be prepared for the quite long interview process as well
