  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme is well organised. Most of us take our study day on the same day of the week, and there is definitely synchronisation across each week, which helps to keep me in a good working routine. Lecturers are on hand to help us put when needed, and the university materials are given in advance to help us manage our time effectively.

  • I feel incredibly supported by my employer. Not only were away days organised within my department to create an apprentice support network, but my line manager is encouraging of any opportunity that I wish to pursue. • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I have not yet seen much application from university elements to my role, because they have not really overlapped just yet on the theory side. However, our first module was heavily excel based, which I would argue really helped my confidence when using excel at work, and enabled me to get ahead with excel.
