  • Management of the team, systems and running of the business, maintaining sales and labour.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • Developed many skills and knowledge which has lead me in to a new role, learning more about what goes within the business and systems that keep the business running. I have also developed people / HR skills.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • It was enjoyable at first but slight complicated with my new role and lifetime not communicating as well as they should have.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • At first, quite organised but then lacked communication, not very organised and I self managed a lot of the learning and work.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • In store I had to beg for time for my apprenticeship to complete learning, I did manage a lot of the learning in my own time at home, when I moved to people services they was very supportive and gave me time needed and also provided extra support and learning opportunities which I highly appreciate

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • At first very communicative but near the end barely had any meetings, didn’t speak and I self managed my work, I had to constantly chase for results and information regarding my apprenticeship

  • Provided me more knowledge and learning opportunities for hospitality, it helps me perform better because it has given me more business thinking skills and mindset

  • Many professional networking events I have dove into and been apart of.

  • Opportunities, skills, network, just an overall great place to work endless opportunities, amazing friendly people who support you, so many different roles to work, just an overall good workplace

  • Be your genuine authentic self, have passion in what you do and enjoy every moment.
