  • My role is at McDonald’s I am a crew trainer /area leader this involves training new staff as well as my self on new stations on a day to day basis always ensuring I am correct coaching people if they are doing the wrong procedures on certain a station

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • Yes I have developed skills in things such as my maths and English and my hospitality skills I now know things I didn’t know during my workplace that I didn’t know before I am happy with the skills I have learnt during my apprenticeship with life time training

  • I enjoy the leaning plan and programme because I have developed leaning skills and people skills a lot bett r than I did before so overall I have enjoyed it

  • Very organised I have the dates for my learning plan and what I need to get completed on my apprenticeship day it’s all set out so I know if I am behind anything such as my off the job hours of my learning and I can upload all my documents on to tnere

  • I receive alot of support from my employer and I’m happy with my employer I get help and support when I need it

  • I receive a lot of support during the month we will have meetings for an hour every so often and if I need anything I can always email and i will always get answered to straight away

  • It gives me a better understanding on my job role
