Applied the knowledge I acquired through my apprenticeship to work situations such as negotiation, defining business needs, understanding the different dynamics between stakeholders etc.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Although the syllabus of the training programme was heavily manufacturing focused, this qualification was still beneficial as the training provider was taking in consideration the working environment of the learners and the trainers were reflecting with us on how this can relate in our own industry. This really helped me in performing better in my role.
