  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Simultaneously pursuing the apprenticeship alongside my job role affords me the chance to cultivate a more profound comprehension of the role's expectations. It integrates my learning of the underlying concepts and frameworks that underpin the rationale behind my tasks. This encompasses understanding how to effectively allocate my time and strategically prioritize my workload based on considerations of both significance and immediacy.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • I have the option to visit the head office on occasion (since I primarily work remotely) as a means of enhancing my professional connections with colleagues throughout the organization. Additionally, we participate in three company-wide off-site events annually, where the three entities under the LMP Group converge. These gatherings facilitate a deeper grasp of the company's objectives, offer opportunities for social interaction, and provide a chance to meet face-to-face, particularly given the prevalence of remote roles within the company.
