  • It involves providing patients with caring, all-encompassing care. In order to create and carry out care plans, I assess their medical needs, administer medications, perform treatments, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Patient safety is my top priority, and I fight for their welfare while maintaining correct records to ensure continuity of care.

  • I have had the chance to develop new talents while working at Kingston College Hospital. My clinical knowledge, critical thinking and decision-making abilities, as well as communication and interpersonal abilities, have all improved. I have also gained knowledge of how to use a variety of medical equipment and systems. These abilities have helped me advance my career-related talents

  • My nursing programme at Kingston College Hospital is something I really enjoy doing. I feel really fortunate to be able to impact folks lives and witness their healing. Although there are challenges, the fulfilling nature of nursing and the encouragement of coworkers make the experience worthwhile.

  • The nursing programme at Kingstone College Hospital is systematic and well-organized. Our practise is governed by clear principles and processes that provide a consistent approach to patient care. Regular staff gatherings, training sessions, and performance evaluations all contribute to the organisation and structure of the programme overall. The overall structural organisation at is excellent.

  • My place of employment gives me a lot of financial support. The hospital places a high priority on the health of its workers, offers suitable tools and resources, and fosters a positive work environment. There are many possibilities for professional growth, including mentorship and continuing education programmes, which further the support provided by businesses.

  • As I work towards my credentials, my training provider gives me a lot of support. To assist me advance my nursing knowledge and abilities, they offer a wealth of workshops, training courses, and educational materials. To help and encourage me on my journey to professional development, the training provider has also appointed mentors.

  • My employment as a nurse at Kingstone College Hospital has significantly enhanced thanks to my training providers qualification. With the help of this qualification, I can deliver excellent care, make wise clinical judgements, and effectively participate in the healthcare team.
