  • My everyday activities change based on the day's schedule. My typical schedule requires me to partially attend classes for theory work and to complete practical work at other times. I get to perform a variety of activities during my practical work such as handling customer complaints, following up with customers, or participating in a sales campaign. All of them have helped me since I continue to learn new things every day.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • Both verbally and in writing, I have had success communicating with clients. This is being able to express the advantages of my goods or services and being able to pay attention to and comprehend the needs of my clients. In order for me to succeed, my listening abilities must also be excellent. I now know how to deal with customers, provide excellent customer service, and increase revenue.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I appreciate the chance to work on projects with other learners, and the programme has helped me make some wonderful friends. Working on real-world projects with my classmates has been really beneficial to our development. I've had the opportunity to use my skills in this way, and it's been an amazing learning experience.

  • My programme is perfectly structured and well-organized. We receive a mix of theoretical instruction and real-world experience from them, which equips us with the abilities and information required to be successful in my work. The programme is made to be adaptable so that we can accommodate the students' work responsibilities and academic needs. They also provide a range of support services, including coaching, mentoring, and financial support.

  • I receive a lot of support from my employer. I had access to mentorship programmes where I was paired with a mentor who is an experienced expert in my field. He aids in the growth of my skills and expertise and offers me direction and support. Before starting work on a new job, we are always given training. This aids in understanding andhaving a clear knowledge of the nature of the task.

  • I receive a lot of support from my training provider as I prepare for my qualifications. I have had continuous follow up from my training provider for hem to have a clear view of my learning. They also provide valuable materials that are essential for my career. They also have a good assessment programme where they get to interact with you and give you the things you need to improve on.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • My qualification enabled me to have a better study strategy, which increased my knowledge and skills. This increased my overall confidence, and getting to participate in real-world work experience helped me become a better professional. I had the opportunity to first comprehend the theory underlying my work, which enabled me to understand it clearly.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Yes, there are a lot of extra-curricular activities. Football is one of the most popular sport in my work place. Colleagues love to group themselves and play together. We also had team building events where apprenticeships were grouped and taken through a programe that helped in creating and boosting the team spirit.

  • Amazon is one of the best companies in the world and I would surely recommend it to a friend. The company has a great working culture which makes it one of the best places to be. They have the best professionals in the field and this means you get a chance to learn from the best.

  • Spend some time researching Amazon and the particular apprenticeship programmes that interests you. Be specific about your objectives and the reasons you are interested in working at Amazon while you are preparing your application. This will make it easier for the recruiting manager to see how you might fit in and contribute to the business.
