  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I really like the program. I have to say it was challenging to keep track of my deadlines due the difficult task of balance my work time with the studies. • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I feel the program was very well organized. Like I explain before, it was challenging to balance the apprenticeship and my work (specifically during Peak Time), but i am very glad I had some flexibility with the college to deliver my assignments. Very important for as well was the English and Maths part of the program, the classes available were very useful and I could see the records whenever I was working on night shift.

  • Although it was difficult to managed, mainly when I was doing night shift (half of the apprenticeship time), but I did get the support form my line managers (some more the others, I have to say). • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • Because is a great place to work. The pay is fair (of course it could be better, but is fair) and we have so many benefits. Now working as Associate Support Partner and being involved in the engagement projects, I have a better idea about how much Amazon invest in the well being and support of its associates. It is quite amazing.
