As a marketing assistant at OMG marketing is to offer assistance to marketing managers on a daily basis. I develop marketing and sales practices that could bring more profit. I also help in social media campaigns that market our organization and put us in position to compete with other organizations.

At OMG marketing I have learnt team work a s a Vital contributor to success. I have also been able to implement my ideas. I have also learnt to express myself and listen effectively to my supervisors and colleagues. I have also been able to grow in confidence and time management.

This programme has been a source of joy. I am overjoyed because daily I work with new people who benefit me and I am able to learn from various people and collect ideas. I am confident that I am on the right path towards my goal of moving forward with a career in marketing.

My programme involves collection of ideas from various individuals and also putting my own ideas into place. This method help me to identify the needs of the people and see how best to implement them. This structure of exchange between me and the other stakeholders is vital in growth and unity.

OMG marketing has provided an ample environment that helps me to deliver the maximum requirements. They also organize and facilitate learning and training progmmes that helps me on an individual level. With these training progmmes I meet qualified people who give out talks on marketing and what it entails all together.

OMG marketing has offered other training programmes such as networking which when coupled with marketing it's a dream come true. My training provider has been paying constant attention to how I perform and is there to give assistance where need be. With this closeness to the training provider I have learnt so much.

My role as a marketing assistant is to help the managers and do data collection,analysis and presentation. With the skills I learnt I have been able to perform in this role perfectly because I know when to do and how to do what is needed of me. This makes me a perfect fit.

OMG marketing has activities that are aimed at bringing the employees together and promotion of team work. In this regard,we have sporting activities such as football and athletics at least twice every year. We also do social works ,we visit orphanages and the most I enjoy is taking care of the environment.
