I manage the companies social media and online marketing. I deal with the customer service emails and calls.
I have learnt how to use SEO and create campaigns for our website. Also, I have built on my social skills when it came to answering the phone and replying to emails.
I'm really enjoying the programme as I keep on learning new things about how we respond to marketing online. Also, with my company I get involved with some out of the office work and get to experience the sales part of our company. The people at the company and very welcoming too.
I feel valued in the company as I am involved with the meetings and decision making process of our company. I am also recognised when I do something more than I should have, when I do go the extra mile.
The programme is structured well because I spend a whole week at the academy and focus on the training part of the apprenticeship.
My trainer is always available and I can ask them anything I am unsure about and guaranteed answers. I feel comfortable asking things I am unsure about and can talk to them if I may have any problems.
My colleagues support me as I am free to talk to them about anything. They help me understand if I am unsure and I have a mentor who guides me on what my tasks are for a set time.
My salary is good as it does cover my travelling costs and the location of my company is very close to me.
Our company does many things for publicity such as going to shows around the UK and in Europe. They allow me to go to some local shows to participate in the marketing of the brands.
Yes
They can gain a lot of experience and knowledge in a short space of time. They will be open to more opportunities and will be grateful as I am once they have completed it.
Show all your skills and talk about how they will benefit with you working there as well as you benefitting from them.
