  • In the organisation I am in charge of overseeing daily operations to ensure that they run smoothly and effectively, oversee personnel, organising shipments, planning routes, monitoring performance indicators, and making sure rules are followed and I deal with fixing issues, enhancing processes, and guaranteeing prompt delivery of goods and services.

  • I continuously improved upon and learnt new abilities to ensure effective operations and top-notch customer service, this means developing my leadership capabilities, polishing my problem-solving abilities, improving my understanding of supply chain management, and keeping up with industry developments. Also I have continuously polished my current talents and learnt new ones.

  • I enjoy my job a lot as the operational manager for transport and logistics because at most I love the program's dynamic nature, the difficulties it provides, and the chance to serve as a team leader and make a positive difference in the company's operations majorly and outside our environment.

  • I can declare with confidence that our programme is structured and well-organized.
