  • Dealing with customers via email chat and phone call, helping my colleagues around me as well as attending 2 weekly PD sessions to get a catchup from our manager as to what the latest news is and how we are performing

  • Makes me understand my role better and the importance I play, also helps me learn new skills for when dealing with customers in real life

  • We have Christmas party coming up, there's a DHL Got Heart event which is a charity event, round the year there are different events to participate in
