    • Yes, Project Management first and foremost. Managing time and priorities. Communications nd stakeholder management.

    • The programme is challenging but very rewarding, it encourages me to think in a different way and has given me resources and skills to support my job.

    • Incredibly well structured. Every session is planned in advance with materials and resources readily available.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

    • There have been times when business need has prevented me from spending as much time as I would like on my programme, however my Line Manager and team are very supportive.

    • Capella have been incredibly supportive. With regular coaching sessions and ad hoc support when needed.

    • The resources and skills provided during my apprenticeship have been invaluable to my role as a Project Manager.
