  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The apprenticeship programme is very well organised and structured, when you get brought into the programme there is a lot to take in however they make it very easy for you to settle in. Our learning is very structured as we have our on site experience with engineers, our days at college and days with our training provider to ensure our programme is going the way it should be.
