  • im a service management apprentice, my main DTD is service reporting and raising PO's for IT. however this can vary from person to person (in the same role)

  • yes i have learnt alot about excel and how finance works... also how to present data on a corporate level

  • i think for myself, i would of been better off on a data analyst course but its decent

  • yes all is well, projects take a while so its difficult to get portfolio work done quickly but its not too much of an issue, the course is structured in a fair enough manner for the apprentice/student

  • i recieve all the support i could ever need, all my team around me are really helpful and understanding

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • it works by them checking up on you every so often but you can ask for help whenever and they have neever failed to help

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • like i said previously, it doesnt really have too much to do with my day to day but you see snippets of it here and there

  • yes there are networking events and trivial quizes for prizes and much more

  • huge amount of benefits, near enough 100% of staff are super friendly, the work challenges you and there is a wealth of personal development always available

  • be kind and do your best and all will be right as rain
