  • Consultant in the Management Consulting Team. Project experience across finance function transformations, project management and other reporting. Day to day involves stakeholder workshops, internal and external update calls.

  • Yes. I have developed project management skills, stakeholder interviewing techniques and knowledge of business processes.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • The programme is hard work. It requires significant amount of time outside of my working hours, including evenings and weekends.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Mixed. Some parts are far too information heavy, and gets confusing. In some parts there is no information at all. The apprenticeship provider are good, however the University are poor at communicating.

  • Have found a routine for setting aside time, and there is general support from the team and other stakeholders.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • They really only administrate the 'other' side of it, not the course side. Therefore, it's a burden beyond the actual study.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I am learning key concepts, and applying these particularly in the innovation space. It helps develop terminology and comfort with concepts.

  • Some socials, but limited.

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • The firm's employees do embody the value of putting people first. If you have a problem or need support, there is a good understanding from managers in my team, and they are willing to help.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Mazars LLP?
  • Be yourself, care about yourself and others. This is not a place for robots.
