  • I am part of the business support team (BST) and my role involves supporting my colleagues from other departments with administrative tasks like scheduling, billing, making travel arrangements and booking meetings.

  • I have developed my planning and organisation skills a lot because prior to this role I had never operated a switchboard or done any complex scheduling. I have also improved my communication skills as I my role requires me to communicate in different ways and with different stakeholders.

  • I enjoy my programme a lot but would have loved to see more involvement from the apprenticeship provider during the first 3 months
