Yes My formal writing and communication skills have improved drastically My confidence has also improved

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy most aspects of the job, although I find the exam content very difficult and stressful

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

I am on the joint pathway for ACA-CTA and I feel that the CTA course is much less organised than the ACA course

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

Direct support from my team is great I wish we did more courses in centre and had days off for recap courses I dont feel that the guidance for CTA is very good

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The actual BPP tutors are good, but the overall organisation is poor Sometimes you'll email them and not get a response for days I also think that the mocks (step 5 - 7) are done too early in the course and too close together I barely have any time for my own question practice as I'm spending all of my time doing mocks

The qualification provides the required technical knowledge

The office is very social and has various sports teams There is also a lot of promotion on networking events

Don't be put off by the exams as that's the worst bit of the job
