I help with day to day tasks, I am in charge of the forecasting trackers, I answer any queries development managers have and help pull together data.
I have developed my excel skills, confidence and presenting skills.
I enjoy my programme as it allows me to learn and work at the same time and implement my working in real life work and scenarios.
My programme is very structured. I have a timetable which I follow that tells me all the details I need to know and when to complete by to be on target.
I receive a lot of support from my employer. I have a buddy at work who has already done what I have who helps me put stuff into context.
The training provider helps a lot. They provide books and question books to guide me as well as online lessons and recorded videos.
What I learn interlinks with my daily tasks therefore helps me day to day.
I have done a wheel chair basketball charity competition with my team.
Yes
The support is immaculate and gives a chance to develop my skills.
Be yourself and ask to develop your skills and knowledge, get involved!
