  • Supporting Businesses between £0-£5m T/O with growth support, services and lending to help their business. Clients in the Birmingham and neighbouring areas

  • Yes, these have included Relationship Management skills, stronger understanding on Professionalism and Ethics, Bank Strategy and being a more logical thinker with business approach and stronger knowledge

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I thoroughly enjoyed my Level 6 Chartered Banker programme. A great way to develop and learn a passion even more stronger, being able to bring this to life with day to day interactions and how I can help local businesses grow

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Kaplan provided a high turnover of staff over my apprenticeship and I have struggled to keep momentum and transparency of my progress after my CBI modules. This has since been corrected but would change this within a blink of an eye

  • Fantastic support. My project coach and my talent coaches have been superb!

  • A broader knowledge, better understanding of the financial sector and being able to articualte and deliver presentations, product knowledge and customer interactions more thoroughly.

  • Fully supportive employer, great variety of support and being able to learn whilst working is amazing


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Lloyds Banking Group?
  • It is a fantastic career. Apprenticeship support is brilliant and working with great people makes working within the group not feel like a job. A great opportunity to learn and to continue to develop
