  • Very good. Allows me time off the floor to learn more and expand my knowledge that I can use and share with others

  • Very well, a few hiccups with changes of trainers but overall very well structured

  • Not much, only allowed time off the floor to meet with trainer, but no time paid to do work needed for the program

  • Generally a positive working environment, good pay and respect from others. Core values are followed and respected by everyone from what I have observed

  • Work hard and well with others, there is lots you can get back from the company but you need to put in the work
