  • Fantastic support , willingness to help and proactive results . Have been always supported by my mentor in delivering the best results to the best of my capabilities even though the work environment has been challenging.

  • I have managed to focus more on my management skills, learn new techniques and improve my team approach . I have managed to implement some of the ideas that I have discovered within the programme and I have seen improvements both on the sales level and also on the guest feedback.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I find the apprenticeship to be the perfect level between being active at work and enjoying the knowledge provided by the scholar part of it. It has enabled me to provide further knowledge to my team and my mentor has been a great support in my journey at this time.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme is very well structured, it offers a lot of insight and knowledge and they have both audio and visual help to ensure a better understanding.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • The programme is designed to be able to do some parts of your job whilst studying as well, however the time offered as on job learning is not enough , as most of the times you are busy doing other things and no allocated time slots are given as part of day to day job.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • The help has been quite good, always checking in and making sure that we are on top of everything and always there if any help needed as well . Our monthly catch ups help too as we can go through and see if we missed anything at all. I am quite pleased.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Currently it has given me more information and has improved my capabilities as a manager . I have new ideas and information which I am able to cascade down to my team and help them better themselves as well as pushing the sales in the right direction. Quite pleased at the moment.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Our company offers a wide variety of extra curricular activities on different aspects of the business, from charity work to diversity and inclusion events held through the country. We have good networking events as part of the workshops provided and there are various online forums which enable our employees to connect.

  • Yes

  • It is a very good company to work for , focuses on improvement and development at all times and also gives you the chance to progress and work in various departments of the business as well as maybe working overseas in one of their hotels in Germany or Dubai if wished.

  • Don't miss this opportunity, it is truly a business and company of the future and will have even more success than we have now . Always push for your development and grab every opportunity that you can at all times . Don't miss out on working for the best hospitality company.
