  • Customer care is what I am my job is to look after each customer that comes into our store to make sure they have a fun filled experience while dining in our restaurant we do a lot of activities and make the best food ever we even have promotions almost every month

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I’ve learnt new stations while working at work I’ve learnt kitchen I’ve learnt how to adapt to different services styles and everyday I have a meeting with my manager to discuss what has been the positives and the negatives and giving examples of how we could do things better with new skills including communication with others a lot better

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I have enjoyed learning so many new skills and different station while doing this programme my apprenticeship person has really helped me a lot and made it fun for me as I wanted to do this such a long time ago because I wanted to share my experience and knowledge with my fellow Colleagues

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • My program is very well organised I’ve been making sure to complete my assignments on time and making sure that everything is completed and added so much detail to make it a lot better each time they have even come out to assist me with making sure I have it all completed

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I have received a lot of support from my manager as she has really helped me from the very beginning all the way to the end that she has been so supportive and made me succeed in every way possible and I’m grateful for the extra help so I could finish my course

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I have received so much information and training from my provider when she has come for visits to our store she makes sure I have everything I need she observes me and corrects me if something im not quite sure about she takes extra time to help me understand as well

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I feel my provider has helped me learn so many new skills and techniques that they have really helped me on deciding what I would like to do after I finish my course and I’ve had so many opportunities and questions that I’m hoping to make a decision soon

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • There is a new thing my manger at work has created for us it’s called a health and safety at work cycle that really is being very important to us all when working as I have been noticing dangerous or safety at work on my shifts that I inform my manger when I see it happen

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • I would definitely recommend a friend to work at McDonald’s because it’s a family friendly business that looks after everyone and you can choose your shifts you can leave early you can take holidays easy as longs as you let the manager know 14 Days before hand but I’ve worked here for 5 years now and I’ve enjoyed every minute of it


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to McDonald's?
  • It’s a fun filled job That has loads to offer you will learn lots and enjoy every minute of every moment there lots of fun activities to do as well making new friends is our top priority you will never feel alone or be left alone as there is always people around to help and support you
