  • In charge of training and supporting day to day operations. Making sure everyone follows the correct procedures on shift by corrective coaching and overseeing crew members work. Delegating tasks to ensure cleanliness in the restaurant and to make sure that all required preparation is completed to keep service running smoothly.

  • Yes, as a crew trainer, I have continued to develop my skills in leadership, delegation, and managing a team. Through experience and training, I have learned how to effectively communicate expectations, assign tasks, and motivate team members to achieve their goals. I have also honed my ability to provide constructive feedback and support the growth and development of my team. These skills have enabled me to create a positive work environment and contribute to the success of my team and the organization.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I find the program to be highly engaging and informative. It has provided me with a deeper understanding of what it takes to be an effective supervisor and has given me the opportunity to develop my skills and knowledge in this area. The apprenticeship has helped me to identify areas where I can improve my performance and has given me the tools and techniques to do so. I appreciate the support and guidance provided by my apprenticeship tutor and my workplace manager, who have been great in helping me achieve my apprenticeship goals.

  • I have found that the apprenticeship program is well-organized and structured. The program has clear objectives and a comprehensive training plan that covers all the essential skills and knowledge required for a supervisory role. The training is delivered in a variety of formats, including online-based learning, on-the-job training, and off-the-job training, which cater to different learning styles. Regular progress assessments are conducted, which provide valuable feedback. The program also has effective communication channels, and we receive regular updates from the apprenticeship provider. Overall, I believe that my apprenticeship is well-organized and supports me very well to reach my potential in the organisation.

  • I am extremely satisfied with the level of support I receive from my employer. I feel valued and supported in my role, which motivates me to work hard and reach my full potential.

Overall, I am very satisfied with the level of support I have received from lifetime training.

  • I believe that my qualification will be instrumental in helping me perform better in my role. The training has provided me with a deeper understanding of supervisory techniques, effective communication strategies, and performance management principles. Overall, I am confident that my qualification will help me perform better in my current role and progress further in my career.

  • There are many extracurricular activities offered at our workplace. We have social activities, sports events, and other activities.
