  • McDonald's is a fast food restaurant. I have to play separate role there. Sometimes I make food and sometimes I serve the food to our customers.

  • I have learnt how to work as a team, how to communicate with people and how to work under pressure. I have developed all these skills.

  • I enjoy it a lot because so many people work here and everyday we have to deal with different types of customers.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • It is very organised . There are different roles to play at a time. So our managers give us a role, we stay there and we know what we have to do.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • Whenever I face any trouble I just tell my crew trainer or manager. They always support me.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • There are some crew trainers, their role is to train crew members. When I was new here my trainer slowly taught me everything . If I made any mistakes, he never shouted at me . He always supported me.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Very well. Within 3 months I have learned everything. It will help me for my promotion.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Every year they arrange a football tournament. Currently, the tournament is running and we are in the quarter final.

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • Because it is a friendly environment, easy work, high salary.

  • It is a busy place so prepare for working under pressure.
