  • As a shift manager, I ensure all shifts are set up for well and prepared in advance. I ensure safety procedures are being followed and I ensure crew are happy on shift. I then use my time keeping skills to ensure breaks are run effectively.

  • I enjoy learning whilst on the job. I enjoy implying what I have learnt into practice and seeing the difference it makes. I enjoy learning about employees and what makes them happy.
