  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy it to the fullest extent. My mentor is so lovely and has helped me through every step of the way. She is always there if I have any questions and no matter what she always encourages and believe that I could do this when I felt like I wasn’t going to be able to get my Aptem hours up.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • It was very well structured. I can easily find my way around and also it has an area where I can see all my progress which is easy to get to. All of the learning is separated into months so I know where I should be at all times in this course.

  • 9a. Would you recommend McDonald's to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • It is a very good company to work for and has a really good apprenticeship scheme. They look after you and make sure you have no problems. While you are there, you meet so many great people and will make friends forever. It has a very good starting pay as well for the younger people.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to McDonald's?
  • Just enjoy it and don’t get too stressed out. It may get a little busy but at the end of the day it is just making burgers and chips, so don’t over stress otherwise you won’t be able to enjoy it as much as you should do.
