1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Currently working in continuous improvement and performance reporting. Identifying waste and inefficiencies in processes within the warehouse. Presenting cost savings to customer. Reporting performance for pickers and sharing with Operations and line managers.

Organizational skills have improved massively, communications and networking has been really beneficial

The programme is very well structured and helps in building knowledge for the future.

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

Both the learning provider and DHL have supported the development of myself and peers. It enables us to explore the business and learn from different areas.

Initially there was little support, but currently I have been motivated and supported suffciently

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Meeting KSB's is quite challenging in some areas but the learning in lectures is really helpful and the feedback is constructive.

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Understanding and applying knowledge learnt from the university makes the workload easier to handle and I am able to share information that has been learnt

Yes, I am involved with a few initiatives to help with confidence and networking

Work hard, make sure you enjoy or understand a little about logistics prior to joining.
