  • I am the general manager for marstons at the white post, I am responsible for the day to day running of the pub and the operational needs of the business. I have a team of 14 people to look after. I am responsible for driving sales and meeting targets on a daily basis

  • I have develop lots of different skills on my apprenticeship, which can highlight a great leadership within my team and driving the business, it has also highlighted areas that I needed to work on to be able to the best I can be. It been a great course to complete
