  • Learning & Development for our teams in hospitality. I look after three brands in total, Pitcher & Piano, The Lost & Found & Foundry Project.

  • Yes, I am only a few months in however I am learning lots about being a L&D practitioner and improving my skills on learning needs analysis, design, delivery & evaluation of my training.

  • I have a day a week allocated to my apprenticeship which is great

  • The support from Crosby management has been great so far, I have regular check ins with my tutor

  • It is very relevant and I get to put it into practice every day.
