  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • As a Talent Acquisition Partner, I am responsible for Marston’s ongoing recruitment strategy. Attraction- writing of adverts, social media, liaising with comms teams, creating engaging posts, selling business opportunities available. Screening candidates and keeping leads/candidates ‘warm’. Working closely with my operations team (Area Managers/Regional managers) and HRBP to create attraction plan, identify talent risks/Gaps and create an effective ongoing pipeline strategy to fulfil talent needs. Working alongside training teams to book candidates onto induction and identifying those Licensees that may be struggling in pubs and identifying if they need additional training. Attending regional meetings to feedback on recruitment targets/plans going forward. Planning/running open day events in pubs ensuring attendance and ‘fast tracking’ of attending candidates through process. Project work- recently worked on a project with legal admin to review the interview packs and processes we have in lace as well as business plans, we sent to candidates to complete.
